What meanest "Support"
The old phrase began by the US admin and ripped off by Canadian politicians has become quite the catch-phrase.
"Support the Troops".
What exactly do they mean?
"We love you guys"
or
"Thanks for defending my freedom thousands of light years away"
or
"Go boys go! Kick some ass!!!!!"
or maybe
"Send money to the Armed Forces for bullets, boots and bagels"
or maybe simply for us to willingly send more young Canadians over to fight in another BS war with questionable motives and objectives...
Or maybe it is still just political rhetoric. After all, some people think that because you oppose a war (or two) you are turning your back on our boys that have been sent there. I don't need to support anything if I don't want to, and I don't need a thousand stupid stickers on tailgates to demand I do either.
