Iraq: Another record set

A new record has been set for civilian deaths in iraq, with 6, 599 being reported in July and August. Not only are more people dying every day, but many suggest that torture is more rampant now than it ever was under Hussein's rule. Consider that there are terrorist groups, militias, police, and yes, even the occupying forces likely involved. All signs that Iraq is moving closer and closer to civil war.
