LA Cops Went to Stormtrooper School

I was watching CTV news last night and they showed LA cops firing 120 rounds into an SUV who's driver wouldn't surrender after a several minute long chase. Apparently, they hit the guy 4 times (an outstanding 5% hit ratio) and barely wounded him (he is in stable condition now...) The video footage was cool... Sounded like a huge bag of popcorn cooking.

Read more... So they fired 120 rounds at this vehicle in an urban area as well. Wonder if that was a great idea. One cop was injured in the hail of bullets, and many slugs went into houses and other things in the vicinity. Sounds like one cop started and the others opened up as well.

Naturally, there is an investigation underway :D
