Next Generation is the King of Trekdom

    Stardate 4688.4
I have concluded my poll asking which Star Trek series (featuring live actors) was your favorite. The results are in, and there is really only one stand out winner here. The Next Generation won handily leaving nearly a tie between the Original series and Deep Space Nine.

It would seem that there is much less love for Voyager, and really, voting for Voyager or Enterprise is almost the same as picking "Not a Trek fan"... I voted for the Original series myself, though in hindsight, I can understand these results completely. They had taken a dead franchise, given the new crew a new ship and some new outfits, and embarked on a much longer mission than the original 3 years. The emphasis on character interaction coupled with the modern day "correctness" of society made this show very popular amongst many groups. I also think that Worf is likely responsible in part for some of the success of Deep Space Nine, since he was so cool later on in the Next Gen series :D

Watch for my next exciting survey, where YOU get to tell it like YOU think it is :D
